Miner-Facing API

The public surface is small: status, per-rig eligibility, the current frontier, the exact schema and limits, the content-addressed miner kit, artifact downloads by hash, a non-mutating dry-run, candidate submission, attempt polling, and receipt retrieval, all under /coretex/v5.

The schema endpoint is the wire-format authority. Addresses, hashes, limits, and epoch values always come from the live API rather than from documentation.
